Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Eye4Trends, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.

Conditions for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • Items show obvious signs of use or wear
  • Items are not in original packaging or are missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns are made after the 7-day window but within a reasonable period

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, start by double-checking your bank account. Then contact your debit/credit card bank, as processing time may vary. If you’re still facing issues, please reach out to us at info@eye4trends.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please contact us at info@eye4trends.com with details of the issue, and send the item to our returns address.
